In case of identical scores, merit will be determined using the following criteria: A. The candidate with more correct responses will rank higher. B. Fewer negative responses will improve merit. C. Older candidates will have a better position. D. Higher aggregate marks in MBBS exams or FMG Examination marks for international graduates will enhance merit.
