JERC nod to feasibility study for solar plant installation
Chandigarh: For installation of rooftop solar photo voltaic systems, a technical feasibility study will have to be completed within a period of 15 days and the outcome of the study will be intimated to the applicant, failing which it will be presumed that the proposal is technically feasible.
This is as per the latest amendment notified by the Joint Electricity Regulator Commission (JERC) in the ‘Net and Gross Metering Regulations’, which have relaxed the registration and application procedures.
