Sukhu slams Bittu over Rahul remark
Shimla: Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday condemned “derogatory and inappropriate” remarks by BJP and Shiv Sena leaders against leader of opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The chief minister, while interacting with the media, emphasised that such utterances do not contribute to strengthening the democratic setup, and the BJP high command “must intervene and pull the reins of those outspoken leaders.”
About MoS Ravneet Singh Bittu’s comments against Rahul, the chief minister said that Bittu had all praise for Rahul when he was the Congress MP, but now he has compromised all his moral values just in pursuit of power.
