A multi-award winning HR/ People and Culture Leader & Coach with nearly 20 years of expertise in the human capital suite. My specialization lies in transforming organizations through human-centered strategic talent management, employee experience, & culture initiatives across a broad range of industries, including automotive, F&B, travel & tourism, educational sector, environmental & waste management, as well as retail.

In my roles, I continue leading pioneering initiatives in Culture, DEI, Knowledge Management, Well-being, & Strategic Human Capital. My mission is to architect an inclusive, agile, and future-ready workplace culture where diversity, belonging, and equity are not just ideals but integral components of our talent management strategy. Leveraging my robust background in organizational development, I drive employee experiences that are both impactful & sustainable, foster a culture of continuous learning, and optimize HR operations through tech and data-driven insights.

Throughout my career, I have applied my expertise across various sectors, from helping shape the future workforce in educational institutions to enhancing employee engagement in the travel and tourism industry, to optimizing talent strategies in environmental & waste management. This diverse experience has equipped me with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within different markets, allowing me to create tailored HR solutions that drive business success.

I am particularly inspired, excited, focused on the convergence of HR and technology in implementing processes and tools that revolutionize the entire People & Culture orbit to remain competitive in a global market. My dedication to coaching and mentoring is underpinned by a belief in empowering others to navigate the complexities of today’s #VUCA world with resilience and confidence.

Beyond my corporate life, I am deeply committed to #CSR initiatives, supporting programs that drive a human-centered sustainable growth and positively impact our communities.
