Singapore-based Antler to focus on more evolved startups in 2024

Venture capital firm to pour added funds into Southeast Asian seed rounds

JAKARTA -- Global venture capital (VC) firm Antler, known to incubate nascent startups from their day zero, plans to go upstream in 2024 and increase investments in slightly more evolved companies.

The Singapore-based firm is looking to allocate more to seed rounds and follow-on investments this year in Southeast Asia, said Markus Bruderer, partner at Antler Singapore, who handles investments and operations in Southeast Asia.
