💡 What I learned from interviewing seniors on mobile banking! 👵👴 After diving deep into desk research (accessibility, legal stuff, and some cool mobile banking insights for seniors), benchmarking worldwide mobile banking apps, checking out how other apps are helping seniors (like iPhone’s Assistive Access mode), and even looking at banking solutions for kids, I now jumped into interviewing seniors (65+) and their caregivers to understand their mobile banking needs! 💬📱 And... I didn't expect what an amazing experience it will be 🤩 👉 it pushes me to build empathy, ask insightful questions, and truly listen to user feedback 👉 it's a great opportunity to develop patience and adaptability 👉 it teaches me how to simplify complex tasks, terms, questions 👉 their wonderful life stories just enriches me as a person 💙 Big shoutout to Centrum Aktywności Międzypokoleniowej 🏠 and Jabłońska Katarzyna for connecting me with such amazing participants! 🙌 Your support means the world!
