    How's this for some strong awareness growth? 😮💨 Americans are stepping up their style game and putting their best foot forward and in the footwear category, with all eyes on HEYDUDE. The brand makes lightweight, comfortable and affordable shoes for both men and women. According to Tracksuit's data, from May '23 to April ’24, Hey Dude’s awareness levels have moved faster than you can tie your shoelaces, jumping 11-percentage points from 17% to 28%. Consideration is kicking up a storm too, leaping 7-percentage points from 11% to 17%.     How women's sports are driving Olympics engagement🥇 Simone Biles, Sha'Carri Richardson, Ariarne Titmus – it's no secret that women are in the spotlight at the Paris Olympics this year. Our Co-Founder and Co-CEO Connor Archbold had a chat to the team at MarTech about how brands can capitalize on increased visibility on women’s sports to connect with new audiences and grow emotional positivity around their brand. According to Tracksuit data conducted around the FIFA Women's World Cup last year, it’s not just viewership that’s growing – audiences are showing a clear preference for brands that sponsor women’s sports. Our data revealed that 42% of Australian consumers preferred brands supporting women’s sports over brands that do not, presenting an opportunity for businesses to support female athletes and teams while driving brand love and preference.     How Hertility is driving brand trust 💖 Hertility is an incredible UK company that creates at home hormone and fertility tests. Built by women, for women, and powered by data, Hertility is raising the standard of scientific rigour in women’s reproductive health – and it’s safe to say their marketing effectiveness is making a major impact, too 🙌 Tracksuit's data shows that off the back of Hertility's high profile 2024 ReProductive Report that gained major mainstream media coverage, the brand saw a 16% increase in being known as an advocate for women’s health and 14% growth in brand trust. Hertility's brand metrics have also seen a lift, with awareness increasing 3% (~421K people), investigation growing by 4% (~417K people), and preference increasing by 2% (~186K people).     WeightWatchers is bench-pressing the competition in Canada 💪 In the world of nutrition and fitness services, all eyes are on WeightWatchers (also known as WW) as it tones up its presence. According to Tracksuit's data, from Dec ‘23 to May '24, WW is getting active with a huge 19-percentage point increase in awareness, lifting from 45% to 64% 👀 That's an extra ~4.4 million humans aware of the brand. Consideration has also been pumping iron, ramping from 21% to 25% (~1.2 million humans).     What's the difference between tracking aided and unaided awareness? 🤔 Let's say we ask, "What's the first brand that comes to mind when you think of chocolate?" Your answer might be Hershey's, Reese's or KitKat 🍫 Whatever brand popped into your head is unaided brand awareness – you thought of a leading brand in that category without any prompting. But if we asked, "Which of the following chocolate brands are you aware of?" and gave you a list of choccie options to choose from, your response would be aided brand awareness, as recognition is being prompted by a specific list of brands 💭 With Tracksuit, you can track both aided and unaided awareness – we dive into the benefits of tracking each via the 🔗 in the comments.

    You know we love data, but we love it even more when our customers do, too 💜 Hertility brings the latest reproductive science out of the lab and into the hands of women in the UK and Ireland to give them clarity on what's going on in their bodies. Using Tracksuit, Hertility saw that a recent OOH campaign with JCDecaux UK's Nurture Programme helped achieve the key business goal of increasing overall awareness, but following this success there was room for improvement in how the brand was being perceived. Armed with the data, Charlotte Ponnelle, Hertility's Brand and Comms Lead said: “We pivoted the marketing strategy to focus on trust and authority… to educate and inform our target audience.” This strategic shift led to a significant uptick in investigation and usage, supported by a whopping 16% increase in recognition as an advocate for women’s health and a further 14% growth in being a trustworthy brand 📈🚀 Hertility’s success illustrates the major advantage of using data to guide strategy and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
