This week 18 of our dedicated leaders from Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and IT recently completed an intensive Six Sigma Yellow Belt training facilitated by the amazing Mel Thornley from the Thornley Group. Over the 2-day session, our team dived deep into the principles of Lean and Six Sigma, mastering the DMAIC process through both theoretical insights and hands-on exercises. This training is not just a milestone—it's a crucial step in shaping our structured approach to project delivery for FY25.
