Last week, we headed to Newcastle for our team offsite to reflect on the year so far and celebrate the momentum we’ve built in 2024. We used our time together to: 🌱 Reflect on our team’s growth and progress this year, and brainstorm better ways to learn from each other moving forward. 🧠 Challenge our thinking with various workshops. 🪴 Had the pleasure of doing a pottery class to take the time to come together and experience one of the oldest forms of technology.  ⚡ Visit one of our portfolio companies, MGA Thermal, for a factory tour.
