Better Beca! We’ve been really excited to share this one. Our team at Renascent Victoria worked closely with our client Beca to deliver their new offices on Levels 22 & 23 of the brand-new Melbourne Quarter Tower. The Gray Puksand design offers lots of different spaces for collaboration for today’s modern ways of working, executed with a gorgeous natural material palette. We opened up the two floors, with an exquisite curved metal staircase providing connectivity. Quality was paramount to do justice to this space. The entire delivery team came together to deliver an excellent result within a tight timeframe, working closely with the Lendlease team and other stakeholders throughout the process. Despite numerous coordination challenges, we delivered on time and within budget and hope that all our friends at Beca are enjoying their new space. Today, we celebrate one of the best! Andrew Juda, our Chief Operating Officer, has reached his 20th work anniversary. For two decades, Andrew (aka “AJ”) has been the backbone of Renascent, having worked his way up from Site Supervisor and having done practically every role in the business on his journey to COO. In AJ’s time we’ve gone from being a Sydney workplace fitout company to a truly national business undertaking all manner of fitout, refurbishment and construction works. Today his experience is invaluable as he represents who Renascent are in his leadership; humble, deeply knowledgeable, collaborative, and welcoming to all. Our founding Managing Directors Tony Hargreaves and Andrew Melville cooked up a storm on the BBQ for the whole Sydney office to enjoy as a mark of respect for Andrew’s tenure. As Tony put it “Through the ups and downs, and every challenge we’ve had over the last 20 years, AJ has been the ‘safe pair of hands’ to help see us through”. Renascent raises $130,500 with the MonSTaR BIG Lunch! At Renascent, our commitment to supporting the community is at the heart of everything we do. We're real people who care about making a difference where it matters most. For 17 years, we've proudly partnered with the MonSTaR Foundation, supporting Australians with motor neurone disease and children with disabilities. 🚧 Project completion for ISPT in Sydney CBD! We're thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest project in Sydney's bustling CBD, featuring both external and internal works. The external upgrades included a new steel and glass awning and paving enhancements, with comprehensive design elements incorporated to align with the heritage building next door. Internal improvements comprised the construction of a cold shell tenancy, new amenities, and general building upgrades to facilitate a future restaurant and kitchen. Additionally, we coordinated with Australia Post to align our works with their retail operations and post office box services seamlessly. Challenges like crane installation, proximity to a live tram line, and weather disruptions were expertly managed. We delivered on time and within budget to the client’s satisfaction.
