Kerryn has consulted extensively in the area of Transition and Transformation. She places emphasis on strategy development and solution implementation to minimise people and operational impacts associated with major change.
With strong foundations in change management and human resource management, Kerryn partners with business leaders to identify and manage impacts and risks associated with transitional activities; consultancy support can include workshop facilitation, leadership coaching, organisational design strategies, teaming programs, change plan development and deployment
Kerryn has an MBA and her consulting work is supported by accreditations in the Human Synergistics tool – Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Leadership Inventory (LI), Group Styles Inventory (GSI) and Organisational Cultural Inventory (OCI& OEI). Additionally she is accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI I & II), Team Management Systems (TMS) and GENOS Emotional Intelligence Tools.
