Arizona Proposition 203 was on the ballot as an initiated state statute in Arizona on November 5, 2002. It was defeated.

A "yes" vote supported decriminalizing marijuana and implementing a $250 civil fine, increasing the maximum penalty for violent crimes committed under the influence of drugs, eliminating mandatory minimum sentencing, requiring parole if convicted of personal possession of controlled substances, and requiring the state to provide marijuana free of charge upon recommendation by a physician.
