Charles H. Ham

Charles H. Ham (1831-1902) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.

Ham was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison. He was confirmed on July 16, 1890. He served as president of the Board from 1897 until he resigned, due to poor health[1], on August 1, 1902.[2]
