Curtis Waller
Curtis Longino Waller (1887-1950) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.[1] Waller died on July 11th, 1950.

Judicial nominations and appointments
Fifth Circuit
Waller was nominated to the Fifth Circuit by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on February 18, 1943, to a new seat created by 56 Stat. 1050; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 9, 1943, and received commission on March 10th. He served until his death on July 11, 1950.[1]
Northern and Southern Districts of Florida
Waller was nominated simultaneously to both of these courts by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 11, 1940, to a new seat created by 54 Stat. 219; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 15, 1940, and received commission on June 19. He served the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida until he was elevated to the Fifth Circuit on March 12, 1943.[1] Waller was succeeded in this position by Dozier DeVane.
