David C. Westenhaver (1865-1928) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on March 12, 1917 to fill the seat vacated by John Clarke. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 14th, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on July 29, 1928.[1] Westenhaver was succeeded in this position by Samuel West.
