Dennis P. Craig is a judge of the Seventh Circuit Court, Group 5, in Florida. He was first elected to the position in 2010. He was re-elected to a new six-year term in 2016.[1][2][3][4]

Craig received his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh.[1]
Career
Craig began his career as a private practice lawyer in Pennsylvania. He then worked as an assistant state attorney for the 7th Judicial Circuit before his election to the circuit court in 2010.[1]
Elections
2016
Florida's 20 circuit courts all had seats up for election in 2016. Of the 151 seats up for election, 125 saw only one candidate file for the election. The unopposed races were canceled and the sole candidates were automatically elected. Of the 26 opposed races, only 10 saw more than two candidates file. [5]

2010
Craig received 25.9 percent of the vote in the primary. He then defeated Joseph M. Horrox with 57.30 percent of the vote in the general election.[2][6]
