A Granby Medical Marijuana Dispensary Question was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Granby, which is in Grand County.

Both measures were approved

A total of two questions were asked on the same issue. The first measure asked city residents if they wanted to allow marijuana dispensaries in the city.

  • YES 322 (52.79%)Approveda
  • NO 288 (47.21%)

The second measure asked if voters wanted to tax these dispensaries. The proposed tax was a 5 percent sales tax on any pot related product sold within the city limits.[1]

  • YES 335 (52.92%)Approveda
  • NO 298 (47.08%)[2]
