J. Andrew Hathcock was a candidate for the Texas Third District Court of Appeals in 2012.

Hathcock received his undergraduate degree from Rice University and his J.D. from UT Law School.[1]
Career
At the time of his candidacy, Hathcock was an associate judge for Travis County. He previously worked as a full-time law instructor and as regional presiding judge for the Child Protection Court of Central Texas.[1]

Hathcock was defeated by incumbent Jeff L. Rose in the general election on November 6, 2012. [2][3]
