Jennifer Valencia is a judge of the Second Judicial District in Utah. She was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert (R) on May 27, 2017, to replace Judge Scott M. Hadley.[1]
Biography
Valencia received a bachelor's degree in political science from Weber State University in 1994 and a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1997. Her professional experience includes working as the director of the Utah Sentencing Commission, a deputy district attorney in Salt Lake County, and assistant attorney in the Utah Attorney General’s Office.[1]
