A Maryland Orphans' Court Judge Qualifications Amendment, Prince George's County, was on the November 6, 2012 general election ballot in the state of Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.

The measure requires judges of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County to have been admitted to practice law in Maryland and be in good standing with the Maryland Bar.[1]

Because the measure affects only one county, it required a majority approval from voters both statewide and in Baltimore County to pass.[2] Article XIV of the Maryland constitution provides this requirement.
