A Miami Township natural gas aggregation proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hamilton County, Ohio, where it was approved.[1]

This measure provided residents an option for natural gas aggregation.

Text of the Measure

Language on the ballot:

" Shall Miami Township have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in Miami Township, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?[1][2]
