Noel S. Hyde is a judge of the Second Judicial District in Utah. He was appointed to the court by Governor Gary Herbert in July 2010 to replace retired Judge Pamela G. Heffernan.[1][2] He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[3]

Career
Hyde practiced law in South Ogden prior to his judicial appointment. He has also worked for the firm of Nielsen & Senior as a domestic and general litigator.[1]
