Peter C. DiGangi is an associate probate and family court justice for the Middlesex Probate and Family Court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.[1] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Jane M. Swift in 2001.[2][3] DiGangi may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]

DiGangi received his undergraduate degree from Defiance College in 1970 and his J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1973.[2]
