Phil Carriger
Phil Carriger was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 7 of the Tennessee House of Representatives.[1]
Biography
Carriger's professional experience includes serving on the Bank of Tennessee Board of Directors and working as a financial consultant. He was elected to be city commissioner of Johnson City, Tennessee in 2009.[2]

Elections for 99 seats in the Tennessee House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 7, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 3, 2014. Incumbent Matthew Hill defeated Phil Carriger and Todd Mitchell Franklin in the Republican primary. Hill was unopposed in the general election.[3][1]
