A Quillayute Valley School Dist 402 Operations Tax Levy Replacement proposition was approved on the February 12, 2013 election ballot in Clallam and Jefferson Counties, which are in Washington.

Language on the ballot:

" The Board of Directors of Quillayute Valley School District No. 402 adopted Resolution No. 03-12/13, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to meet the educational needs of its students by levying the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, upon all taxable property within the District, for support of the District’s General Fund educational maintenance and operation expenses:[2]
