Washington County, Rhode Island

Washington County is located within the Washington Judicial District and the Fourth Division District Court. The people of Rhode Island are also served by a Family Court, a Workers' Compensation Court, and a Traffic Tribunal.

The United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island has jurisdiction in Washington County. Appeals from the District of Rhode Island go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
