White County is located within the Enotah Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Ninth District.

In addition to the Superior Court the people of White County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court and two Municipal Courts.

The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has jurisdiction in White County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
