Q: Where can I get my lab results?
A: Find your lab results at the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, Patient Administration or through your provider.
Q: What are requirements for fasting labs?
A: Do not intake anything 8-12 hours before arriving to the lab. You may have water, prescribed medicine, and black coffee. You may NOT have food, flavored drinks, coffee with sugar, tobacco. You may NOT vape or chew gum. Please do not consume any candy.
Q: How long will it take to get my lab results back?
A: Depending on the type, labs can be resulted during the same day or up to three weeks. Ask lab personnel for specifics on your labs.
Q: How long does it take MEDPROS to update?
A: MEDPROS update can take between 6-8 weeks.
Q: When can I schedule phase two of my packet following labs?
A: Schedule phase two of your packet immediately following lab collection.
