Our own Jeff Burman, General Counsel, presented to the Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies (AIRROC) members this week on common ethical issues lawyers face. Topics included issues raised when lawyers change jobs, conflicts that can arise in connection with claim-handling and litigation issues, and issues posed by remote work. AIRROC is the U.S. runoff industry’s only nonprofit association dedicated to promoting the interest of the legacy community.
