Driving through NW Hills last night and noticed construction fencing up (great job Sam Dowd and Viking Fence/Viking Rentals team!) and demolition underway on Far West Blvd. Checked my BuildIt Permits app to get more info....only a demo permit for Absolute Demolition is active right now, issued in July. So when I got home I opened up Mercator.ai and quickly got details on the site development plan filed by TDI Engineering, LLC for a vertical mixed-use project led by CSW Development, LLC. A little more searching and came across details and renderings for the project on the CSW website (https://lnkd.in/gP7Nu7U7) as well as in a recent article in Towers.net (https://lnkd.in/gvERPr_4). This development has been in the works for a while, but it's tough for industry professionals to stay on top of the status of all construction projects in town.
