At Notch Therapeutics, we are proud of our vibrant Culture and Engagement Committees which include: 1. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) focusing on education and awareness and researching and sharing information on significant cultural and social events. 2. Community and Philanthropy (C+P) cultivating community connections. 3. Party Pack bringing joy and camaraderie to our workplace by hosting monthly social events. 4. Wellness Committee emphasizing personal well-being. These dedicated teams have worked tirelessly this past quarter to organize events and share valuable information on important topics. Their efforts have enriched our understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and histories, strengthened our community bonds, fostered a fun and inclusive work environment, and encouraged us to lead healthier, more balanced lives. Highlights from the Quarter: • Education about Ramadan, Nowruz, International Women’s Day, Vaisakhi, Victoria Day, Memorial Day, Pride, and Juneteenth. • Park clean-up event near each of our sites in celebration of Earth Day. • Social events for National Employee Appreciation Day, National Cereal Day, Easter, and a thrilling Ping Pong Tournament at our Seattle site. • Resources and education about the benefits of sleep and supporting participation in local Spring Runs. We are immensely grateful for the dedication and hard work of our committees here at Notch Therapeutics.

Notch is an early-stage biotech company, working to maximize the benefit of cell therapies through a proprietary T cell-production platform which combines sophisticated product design with commercial-compatible processes to enhance patient outcomes. Notch’s iPSC-based technology platform allows for precision control of notch signaling, which removes several critical limiting factors in the development of cell therapies, delivering the ability to design and manufacture a uniform and unlimited supply of therapeutic T cells.

Notch is raising funds for BC Cancer Foundation in honour of our beloved colleague, Estelle de Jager. Estelle was a wonderful friend and colleague who brought smiles, fun, and laughter daily to those with whom she interacted. Notch would like to continue Estelle's passion for raising funds to help those suffering from cancer. Notch is hosting our second annual “Estellebration,” a day dedicated to celebrating Estelle’s life. On June 26, 2024, Notch employees at our 3 locations (Vancouver, Seattle, Toronto) will walk, run, or bike in Estelle’s honor. Our goal is to meet or beat our fundraising from our 2023 inaugural Estellebration. We encourage and invite others outside of Notch to help us meet our goal by completing their own challenge on this day and by donating to the BC Cancer Foundation in Estelle’s name by visiting this fundraiser page: https://lnkd.in/eHgZpYfW #bccancer #bccancerfoundation
