Whether you’ve interviewed a lot of people, or you’ve been interviewed a lot, you begin to truly appreciate the skills of a really good interviewer. At the amazing Blockchain Futurist Conference, 🔌Stephen Sargeant introduced me to the amazing team at Blockchain North and I got to watch Florent (Flo) Thévenin in action. Interview after interview, one right after the other, sometimes with little to no prep time. Instead, a genuine curiosity for what people are passionate about, what makes them tick, a quick wit, a healthy sense of humor, and a good heart. It turned an interview into one of the most enjoyable conversations I’ve had in a while. And sometimes you get lucky and that’s what an interview turns into: a really fun conversation between two humans who genuinely enjoy meeting and learning from new people. 🙂🔥🙏🏻 Thanks, Flo, for an awesome conversation.
