Deutsch: Zwei Gebäude am Ausschläger Elbdeich 72 und 72a stehen unter Denkmalschutz, der Speicher von 1889/90 und ein Werkstattgebäude von 1890. Heute werden die Gebäude von Cargill Texturizing Solutions Deutschland genutzt. Cargill produziert hier Lecithine und Phospholipide. Das Werk gehörte lange Zeit der Firma Lucas Meyer („The Lecithin People“), einem deutschen Familienunternehmen, das sich auf Lecithin spezialisiert hatte.
