This category is only for spiders that have recently hatched and not yet molted (i.e. not yet 1st instar). Normally, spider larvae are only found within egg sacs, as they do not emerge until after their first molt, after which they are referred to as nymphs (or simply immature) rather than larvae. This stage is also sometimes referred to as the postembryonic stage.
For spider nymphs (immatures), see Category:Spiderlings.
