These images are of bobblehead toys, and thus per COM:TOYS are likely copyvios.

Elkawe, from what I can tell, File:Hutablage.jpg seems there to show the bobblehead. Thus by COM:DM it is an integral part of the composition, and so the copyright of the toy is important. Similarly for the Obama image - while the toy may be a small part of the image, it is clearly the focus of the image. -mattbuck (Talk) 12:48, 27 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
