- Keep. Focus here is on the roller coasters. Other elements are deminimis. Roller coasters are functional engineered objects, subject to patent but not copyright (see this article). IronGargoyle (talk) 20:40, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- The problematic contents are the bison and the rock. These are very large and one of the main motifs of the pictures. it's not about the roller coaster. Lukas Beck (talk) 04:14, 4 November 2022 (UTC)
- The rock is certainly deminimis and likely the Bison too. Photographic intent matters when it comes to deminimis. The bison can also be cropped out. IronGargoyle (talk) 14:20, 4 November 2022 (UTC)
- I should also add that per COM:FOP Denmark, the work must be the "chief motif" to have commercial reuse be prohibited. The chief motif here is clearly the roller coaster and not the bison or rock. IronGargoyle (talk) 21:10, 14 November 2022 (UTC)

Deleted: per nomination, I do agree the rock and the bison can not be considered de minimis. Therefore deleted the first file (rock is too prominent) and cropped the second to remove the bison. --Ellywa (talk) 22:39, 5 March 2023 (UTC)
