Disagree The author of File:Kumamon Osaka-Loop.jpg intends to depict how Kumamon is painted on train body. First the file name implies kumamon to be main subject of the photo. Second, the author blurred two people's faces in the photo but not kumamon. De minimis argument is difficult to accept. --Nightingale (talk) 07:22, 13 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Keep at least File:Kumamon Osaka-Loop.jpg, which depicts a train with a tiny illustration of the character on it. When the element in concern is as small as this, I don't care the "intention" too much - Commons:De minimis#Japan does not say anything about intention. File:Kumamon and Yumi Saito MBS IMG 2063 20130407.JPG may also be kept if the character is cropped out. --whym (talk) 23:36, 25 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
