Per Commons:Deletion requests/Audio files of tango music published after 1922, these files meet the criteria in that nomination but weren't listed there. The last file in this nom is almost definitely from 1934 per the Spanish Wikipedia article about the composer and this site. - Agreed. File:Carlos Gardel-El dia que me quieras (1935).ogg is a sound recording and in copyright in the U.S. until 2036.
- File:El día que me quieras.ogg is extracted from the 1935 movie. If it's a different, movie-exclusive recording it might be subject to movie rules rather than sound recording rules (and thus only in U.S. copyright until 1931, although I haven't looked up the relevant info for {{PD-AR-Movie}}), but I can't tell if that's the case.
- The performance of File:Soledad-Tango.ogg is freely licensed, but the underlying composition is still in-copyright in the U.S. until 2030. —CalendulaAsteraceae (talk • contribs) 20:52, 28 May 2023 (UTC)
