Raúl Alfonsín

All those files are tagged with {{PD-AR-Photo}} and are PD in Argentina, but they are not PD in the United States, as they were not PD in Argentina at the time of the URAA date (1996). For that, a photo should have been taken 25 years before, meaning 1970 or earlier. Alfonsín became president in 1983 and was president up to 1989, so none of the photos taken during that time are valid.

Note, by the way, that I named this deletion request as "Raúl Alfonsín" for convenience, but I'm not nominating all the photos in the category, as others are PD for other reasons and may stay. --Cambalachero (talk) 19:17, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
