According to Japanese Wikipedia, the statue was erected in 2004. Not in PD, and COM:FOP Japan doesn't allow such statues. Yasu (talk) 15:25, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: This statue was rebuilt what Ikeda Yuhachi (1886-1963) made. Although it is a reproduction from the photograph, it seems that a new copyright has not occurred. see here and there. --Y.haruo (talk) 13:11, 18 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
