Description
English: QD-BDNF complex undergoing endocytosis into the neuronal soma. Movie shows internalization of a QD-BDNF-TrkB complex from the plasma membrane to the cytoplasm of the neurons (red trace). Video was acquired at a fixed z (mid-height of the cell body) at 9 f/s. Fluorescent QD (green) and Alexa-WGA labeled plasma membrane channels acquired simultaneously.
