Description
English: Link breaks during symmetry breaking shown in 3 orthogonal views. x, y, and z views of symmetry breaking showing network (grey) and link break density (color scale bar as for Figure 4(ii)). Link breaks are initially stochastic and evenly distributed in the outer shell. Symmetry-breaking rupture of the inner shell is primarily a straight-line crack.
