Description
English: Movement of mEGFP-Ypt3 vesicles to the division site during different stages of cytokinesis marked by Rlc1-tdTomato. The middle focal plane of the cells was imaged every 0.5 s for Ypt3 (green) and 60 s for Rlc1 (red) for 2 min. Two fields including cells at different stages of cytokinesis are shown. Display rate: 6 fps.
