Hi Minorax. You deleted File:Afsaneh-Salari-scaled.jpg per Commons:Deletion requests/File:Afsaneh-Salari-scaled.jpg, but uploader has re-uploaded the file locally to English Wikipedia as en:File:Afsaneh-Salari-scaled.jpg based on the discussion at en:User talk:Mr.izadpanah#File permission problem with File:Afsaneh-Salari-scaled.jpg It appears that a free license declaration has been added to the photo's source website. If you feel this is sufficient to COM:REFUND the file, then the local file is no longer needed and can most likely be tagged for speedy deletion per en:WP:F8. -- Marchjuly (talk) 12:18, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've asked about this at COM:REFUND#File:Afsaneh-Salari-scaled.jpg for reference. There still seem to be some issues with the file's licesning that need to be resolved. -- Marchjuly (talk) 04:28, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
