Rune Haako was a male Neimoidian official of the Trade Federation and a high ranking member of the Separatist Council.

This Visual Guide has been reviewed by the detachment staff and the LMO team and is certified for use as a minimum approval guideline for GMLs. GMLs are free to approve this costume type.
- This document is not intended to be a detailed how-to on costume construction; rather a visual guide to be used for 501st costume approval. Details on construction may be found on the respective costume detachment web forum.
- GMLs uncertain about an aspect of submitted costume shall post questions in the appropriate DL/GML peer review section of the Legion forum.
- Measurements given in this document are intended to be approximate and generalized; not criteria for approval.
- Requirements for all 501st costumes are proportional to the wearer in scale, fit and size.
- Text descriptions are only one part of the guideline. GMLs and costumers must consider both text and pictures (CRL and Reference) when reviewing the costume.

Required Costume Components
|
The following costume components are present and appear as described below.
|
|
|
Head
- Head is made from a high quality latex or silicone product.
- Skin tone is green.
- No nose is present.
- The eyes are green and red, and feature horizontal, irregular pupils.
- The orbital structure around the eyes is prominent.
|
|
|
Hands
- The hands are made from a high quality latex or silicone product.
- There are five (5) fingers on each hand.
- The hands are the same green color as the mask.

|
|
Hat
- Hat is black and made from wool or felted wool fabric that should be reinforced to hold its shape.
- The front part follows the shape of the face, the back part is open.
- The back of the hat follows the curve of the head and curves away from the back of the head pointing upwards.
- Two long shaped side panels are connected to the main body of the hat. At the top of each is one silver bead.

Inner Robe
- The inner robe is made from a light to medium weight olive knit fabric, such as jersey or pointknit.
- The inner robe is very wide, with wide sleeves and is floor length.
- The front of the robe is shirred into 4 equally spaced sections making the robe fitted to the wearer.
- Each section is sewn in place with a thin strip of black or charcoal grey fabric used for the outer robe.
- The sleeves are shirred into four equally spaced sections, similar to the front.
- The inner robe features a high collar with a seam or pleat in the middle.

Outer Robe
- The outer robe is made from a charcoal grey or black light to medium weight fabric with a horizontal diamond pattern.
- Robe is floor length and can be longer in the back forming a train.
- The front of the robe is open, revealing the inner robe.
- The outer perimeter of the robe is finished with a wide strip of fabric that folds back on the outside forming a shawl like border.
- Outer top part of the sleeves is open and held in place by four (4) strips of fabric revealing the inner robe sleeves.
- Lower part of the sleeve is form fitting.
- Near the elbow is a triangle shaped fin that freely falls down.
- There is a rhombus shaped flap on the back that is attached to the neckline.

Boots
- Plain black boots are worn.
