Description: Imperial Gunner
Prefix: IG
Detachment: Imperial Gunnery Corps
Context: Rogue One

Operating the immense weaponry of the Imperial Navy are skilled gunners dressed in specialized uniforms. The gunner’s features are entirely obscured by a large, sweeping helmet with a single wrap-around visor. The dark helmet helps suppress some of the dangerous flashback from such massive cannons as the ground based turbolasers protecting ground-based installations and the Death Star’s main weapon. This variant appears in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

  • Dome:
  • The dome is approximately 11" (22.5cm) wide, 13" long (27.5cm), and about 6" (15cm) tall (from the top of the eye lens).

  • Eye Lens:
  • The eye lens is tinted transparent plastic that matches the curve of the dome.
  • It can be between 1.5" (3.7cm) and 2" (5cm) tall.
  • For increased airflow, a small 1mm gap is permissible between the lip of the jawbone and the lens.
  • Jawbone:
  • The nose of the jawbone extends outward, between 1.5" (37mm) to 2.5" (62mm) past the eye lens.
  • The wearer’s chin is not visible outside of the jawbone.
  • The jawbone is affixed to the inside of dome using (2) screws or rivets on each ear.
