It's a Bram summer! 💅 In July, we early on embraced the green wave with our Pistachio Days, introducing a delicious lineup that included a Pistachio Frappé, Cake Donut, Soft Serve, Special Spaghettieis Donut and Pistachio Bun. Riding the viral Brat trend, we knew it was the perfect match for our brand—and wow, we were overwhelmed by the response: 💚 Super engaging Instagram posts—in terms of both reach and interaction. 💚 A rise in User Generated Content and tags—our community couldn’t get enough! 💚 Best-selling pistachio creations—so popular that we extended some offerings throughout August. 💚 The triumphant return of our Pistachio Dream Donut in August—back by popular demand. ➡️ This success teaches us a crucial lesson in trend-spotting: having an outstanding product is key, but ensuring that the trend aligns with your target audience’s interests and fits seamlessly with your brand is what truly drives impact.

Hello July, hello new Summer flavours! ☀️ We're changing up the menu once again for the new month and welcome: 🍓 Matcha Strawberry 🍦 Spaghetti Eis 🍑 Peach Beach 🍋 Lemon Poppy Seed 🤎 Cookies & Cream

Sun is out, summer is here and June is almost over! ☀️ So you better be quick and make sure to try all our delicious monthly specials before they leave the menu: Pistachio Dream, Strawberries & Cream, Passionfruit, Strawberry Shortcake and Lemon Tart. What’s extra special about this month is that we use Violife Professional DACH vegan Cream Cheese for almost every donut in the glaze or as topping. ➡️ But not only this month we use Violifes’ delicious products, we are a big fan of their selection since many years already and use them in our bakeries on a daily basis. 🧀 Besides using their products for our sweet donuts, Violife also has a great offer of savory vegan cheeses! In June we had a pop-up every Friday with the most delicious grilled cheese donuts which are a hit with our customers. Big thanks to Violife, we are very grateful to have found such a perfect match! 💚

Let's talk food waste in gastronomy - part one: Leftovers. 🚮 🧐 From the start of Brammibal’s, we decided to donate leftover donuts to food sharing to at least make sure someone somewhere feels the happy spark of biting into a donut and the hard we put into making them did not go to waste completely. However, as our business grows so do our donations to food saving, which is not sustainable in any aspect. So one of the most important goals we've set ourselves over the years is ➡️ to reduce our unsold leftovers going forward. 🧐 It’s still very challenging to plan our donut amounts accordingly. We have almost eight years of sales data, we have developed an algorithm that helps us with the donut quantities, we offer pre-orders via our website, etc., and yet some days we unexpectedly sell out too early or have more donuts left over than we planned, which we then donated to food sharing. ➡️ In 2024, we have decided to offer TooGoodToGo at all our locations in order to further reduce our donut donations. And it is going great, the boxes we offer for a very reduced price there are usually sold out in no time and can be picked up the next day. 🤝

2 weeks in Eppendorf today! 🎉 Exactly two weeks ago, the doors of our fourth café in Hamburg opened. And we could not have asked for a smoother opening. The BIGGEST THANK YOU to our amazing team, we could not do it without you! ❤️ Let's recap: 📍Visit us here: Eppendorfer Baum 34, 20249 Hamburg 🍩 We had a very special Franzbrötchen donut for opening weekend and free plum-filled classics 🍀 Our General Manager Tobias Eberhard built a wheel of fortune which was a big hit - thank you Oatly for bringing our customers the best of luck 🛍 We had goodie bags again for the first 50 in line, thanks to our amazing partners share, Original Beans, Violife Professional DACH, Oatly and HappySprinkles for your support ☔️ Even though it was raining the whole day, our sweet customers kept waiting in line to get their donuts & coffee. We cannot express how thankful we are for the Brammibal's community we built over the years! 💚
