2) Can I purchase if I live outside the United States?

Sorry at this time only customers with a billing and shipping address located in one of the 50 states in the United States may purchase from direct.playstation.com.
 

3) Why do I need to verify my age to buy?

To purchase with direct.playstation.com, you must be of legal age for your state.

If you accidentally clicked "cancel" during the age verification step, you will need to clear your browser's cookies or open up an incognito/private window to restart your shopping experience.  

 

4) I am receiving the error “You cannot purchase these items at this time.” What should I do?

Clear your browser cache/cookies, reload the webpage and try again.

 

5) When I click on the "Sign In" button on direct.playstation.com nothing happens. What should I do?

Clear your browser cache/cookies, reload the webpage and try again.

Verify you are using a supported browser (see below).

Try signing in using a different device.

 

6) What web/mobile browsers are suported on direct.playstation.com?

7) How do I clear my browser's cookies?

Chrome:

  • Open the Settings menu by selecting the Three-Dot icon, or by entering "chrome://settings/"
  • Select "Privacy" (on the left), then open "Clear Browsing Data"
  • Make sure "Cookies" are selected, then press the "Clear Data" button below

 

Firefox:

  • Select the three-line "hamburger" icon and then choose "Settings", "Options" or "Preferences" (depending on your device)
  • Select "Privacy" on the left (computer browsers), or scroll down to "Privacy" and select "Data Management"
  • Then in the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click "Clear Data..."
  • Make sure "Cookies" are selected, then press the "Clear" button below

 

Safari:  (web browser on a Mac computer or laptop):

  • Click "Safari" next to the Apple icon on the menu bar
  • Select "Clear History" on the drop-down menu
  • Select a range option and click the "Clear History" button

 

Safari:  (iOS on iPhones - or - TabletOS on iPads)

  • Open Settings and tap Safari
  • Then tap "Clear History and Website Data"

 

Edge:  (Win 10 browser)

  • Click on the three-dot Settings icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "Settings" option on the drop-down menu
  • Click "Privacy & Security" on the roll-out menu
  • Click the "Choose What to Clear" button
  • Make sure "Cookies and Saved Website Data" is ticked and then click the "Clear" button.
