Visual Designer

Experience:  Mid-level designer with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the design industry.

Eduction: The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, User Experience Design, or a directly related design discipline.

Your portfolio includes:

·       The highest level of creative and technical skill in designing quantitative, analytical and research-based content

·       Original vector-based illustrations and data visualizations bringing complex concepts to life

·       Examples of UI/UX design

Your background:  A background in the following industries is preferred: healthcare, consulting, scientific, tech, and/or financial.

In a designer we seek:

·       6+ years of formal design / art-direction experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, User Experience Design, or a directly related design discipline.

·       Outstanding visual design skills and creativity

·       A background in the following industries is preferred: healthcare, consulting, scientific, tech, and/or financial

·       A highly analytical designer, able to bring visual clarity to complex, data-heavy content

·       Experience working directly with clients

·       Strong communication skills

·       Superior attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

·       A passion for science and problem-solving

·       A design generalist, enjoying a variety of visual challenges
