Creative + Experienced UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a creative, organized, and disciplined UX/UI Designer with motion experience to design clean and compelling website designs, landing pages, and social/digital media posts that reflect brand continuity.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design high-level, clean, and modern website designs and landing pages.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including social media and digital media posts.
- Incorporate motion graphics to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with our team and clients, participating in regular Zoom meetings to review and refine designs.
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with motion design tools like After Effects.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend your design decisions.
- A passion for design and a desire to grow by doing great work.
- Availability to start immediately and dedicate time to our projects.
- Willingness to work at a sustainable rate for consistent, long-term collaboration.
